Beverly Hills has gained significant prominence in the United States and around the World. Known for its high-end shopping district of Rodeo Drive and multi-million dollar homes, this city is an everyday attraction. The remarkable planning of the business and residential district keeps property values stable and crime rates at a minimum.

Fred Hayman is known for creating Rodeo Drive. His famous fashion boutique, Giorgio, was at one time the only high-end store on the street. Hayman founded the Rodeo Drive Committee in 1977 and launched a campaign to make Rodeo Drive as the "shopping street of the rich and famous". Today the street is lined with two and half blocks of high-end stores including Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Prada, and Chanel.

Homes range between $1,000,000 - $200,000,000.  Some of the neighborhoods include the Trousdale Estates known for their modernist architecture and the Flats for the palm-tree lined streets. The commercial district, also known as the Golden Triangle, includes department stores such as Sak's Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus,  along with major hotels including the Beverly Wilshire, the Maybourne, and the Peninsula.
