This 12-story development will stand tall across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel on Doheny Drive and a short walk to Rodeo Drive and Melrose Avenue. Final rendition of 9200 Wilshire Blvd, a condominium housing and retail complex which began construction in 2019. The project includes a 307,000 square foot seven-story building with 54 residential units and 6,650 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project is a joint venture between SHVO, Bigili Group and Deutsche Finance and is currently valued at $464 million. Completion set for third quarter 2021.

 
 
 
 

LVMH, which owns Louis Vuitton, has announced plans to develop the Cheval Blanc Hotel which would replace the former Brooks Brothers Building on Rodeo Drive. The hotel will include 115 guest rooms and include a rooftop pool and a private club.  The design will include imported limestone from France and multi-level landscaping.

 
 
 
 

The $2.5 billion renovation and expansion project of the Century Plaza Hotel. This 6.4 acre site will accommodate 400 rentable units/63 private residences/two 46-story towers with private residences. The mixed-use project will also bring 100,000 square feet of shopping & restaurant destinations.

 
 
 
 

The proposed development by Champion Real Estate, was approved on  by the Los Angeles City Council.  This includes demolition of a calls an apartment complex at the southeast corner of Yucca and Argyle Ave. 

It will make room for a new 30-story building of 269 apartments, 7,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a 414-car garage.

 
 
 
 

The property located at 639 S. La Brea Avenue - directly north of the under-construction Wilshire/La Brea subway station. The plans call for the construction of a seven-story, 200,000-square-foot structure containing 121 one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings; a 125-room hotel; and 13,000 square feet of commercial space.  

 
 
 
 

Townscape Partners, the developer of 8899 Beverly, is developing 40 residential units with an average size of 2,800 square feet. This new development will also includes the construction of eight new single-family dwellings which will range from 2,500 - 4,000 square feet in size.

The Pendry Hotel & Residences West Hollywood, is located at the former site of the House of Blues nightclub at Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive. The co-developers AECOM Capital and Combined Properties are building 40 residences.  Prices will be starting at $3 million.
